Delivery & Returns
SHIPPING
From your order being dispatched you should receive your order within 4-5 working days, however there can be delays with postage and I can only refund orders which have not arrived within 14 days of being dispatched.
If it is a particularly large order it will be sent via courier next day delivery and you will be notified of this to ensure you will be there to receive your order.

WHOLESALE
Wholesale orders will be shipped within the lead time given at time of ordering.
RETURNS
Any problems with the delivery of your order please get in touch and we can look into it for you.
All orders are wrapped safely in sustainable packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However once they have left our premises it is hard to keep them safe and some accidents can happen along the way. If your order was to arrive damaged please send me a picture of the packaging and broken product within 72 hours and I would happily replace it for you.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like to return. Please return to my returns address on your packaging within 1 month of purchase. As long as the item is returned as it was sent out a full refund of your initial order will be made to your account within 24 hours.

All orders will now be dispatched once a week on a Friday, all orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour delivery.
